Contact us - depending on availability, we'll schedule an introductory call to learn more about your company.

Sign Agreement - We'll draft a retainer agreement outlining the retainer package, timeline and deliverables.
3.
First Payment - Once the paperwork is complete and the first retainer fee is paid, we will be ready to get to work!
4.
Design Requests - You'll then be able to send us design requests. We'll update you on the hours used/ left over and the retainer will be invoiced the first of each month.
5.
Re-Sign - We'll evaluate the agreement and adjust for continued service after the agreement expires.
What happens if I don't use the hours in my package?
If you don't use all of your allotted design hours before the last day of the month, they will roll over to the next month one time.
FAQ
What if I go over my set hours in my package?
Any overage hours will be billed at our hourly rate of $280 separately from the retainer agreement. We'll let you know when you're getting close to running over and will require a green light before beginning additional work.
Will you design a logo as a retainer service?
Logo Design, Branding and Strategy consulting are not included in our retainer services.
What is the shortest available retainer agreement?
Our agreements come in 3, 6 and 12 month lengths but we're open to customizing for your needs!
